Asklipiada Kyriakou

Asklipiada Kyriakou was born in Nafplio. She graduated from the School of Philosophy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), from the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy. She completed her postgraduate studies in the Department of Psychology at AUTH, specializing in social clinical psychology of addictions and psychosocial problems. After living in Thessaloniki for several years, she now resides and works in Nafplio as a philologist. She is also involved in amateur theater, writing, and dramatizing fairy tales. She has published the collections "Moments that Travel" (Scriptorium, 2004), "Threads of Silence" (Entos, 2006), "Moon in the Depths" (Saixpirikon, 2008), and "Diameter Fractures" (Farfulas, 2009), while several of her poems have been set to music by contemporary songwriters.
