Ioannis Karafyllidis

Ioannis Karafyllidis is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Democritus University of Thrace (http://www.duth.gr/). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Nanotechnology (http://www.nano.org.uk/) and has published more than sixty research papers in international scientific journals. His research focuses on Microelectronics, Nanoelectronics, Nanocomputers, and Quantum Computers.
