Dimitris Koliopoulos

Dimitris Koliopoulos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Early Childhood Education at the University of Patras. His research interests focus on the study of the epistemological and pedagogical dimensions of transforming scientific knowledge into school knowledge of physical sciences in both formal and informal educational settings, as well as the development of corresponding teaching materials. He has long been involved in the training of educators who teach physical sciences at various educational levels.
