Vasilis Frantzolas

Vasilis Frantzolas was born in Athens and, after completing his secondary education at Varvakeio, earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and subsequently in Construction Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the USA. In 2009, he completed his studies by obtaining an M.Sc. in Food Policy from City University of London. Since 2009, he has been professionally involved as an olive oil taster and quality consultant. Founder of oliveoilseminars.com, he has been teaching olive cultivation, tasting, and olive oil production technology since 2005.
