Vasileios A. Kouvelas

Vasileios Kouvelas was born in Aristodimio, Messinia. He studied Classical Philology at the University of Athens. Subsequently, he pursued further education as a scholarship recipient of the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) at the University of Bonn in Germany, where he studied Classical Philology and German Language and Literature. He served in both private and primarily public secondary education, where he completed his educational career and ascended all levels of the administrative hierarchy. As a public servant, he worked in numerous schools across Greece. Vasileios Kouvelas has remained dedicated to academia since obtaining his degree. His specific scientific interests include linguistics, focusing on Greek and Latin etymology.
