Kostas Ntinas

Kostas Dim. Dinas studied Linguistics at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he was awarded a doctorate in 1987. Alongside his university studies, he attended courses in Romanian, Bulgarian, and Turkish at the School of Balkan Languages of the Institute for Balkan Studies (IMXA). He is also a certified Byzantine Musician. He served as a teacher in various schools in the Kozani area, as well as at the Regional Training Center of Kozani, and worked as a school advisor for philologists in Florina. Currently, he is a Professor of Linguistics - Greek Language and its Teaching at the School of Education of the University of Western Macedonia and serves as the head of the Department of Early Childhood Education in Florina. He has taught and continues to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in language and linguistics at universities in Greece and Cyprus. His research and writing focus on the teaching of the Modern Greek language, with an emphasis on new technologies, and topics related to Modern Greek (dialectology-onomastics) and Balkan languages.
