THanasis Ntinopoulos

Thanasis Dinopoulos is a Professor of Anatomy, Histology, and Embryology at the Department of Veterinary Medicine, School of Health Sciences, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.). He has served as President of the Veterinary School and the Hellenic Society for Neuroscience, a member of the Research Committee of A.U.Th., Vice President of the Veterinary School, and for twelve years, Director of the Laboratory of Anatomy and Histology. In addition to Anatomy and Histology, with a focus on the nervous system, he teaches elective courses such as Brain and Art and Errors of Evolution and Darwinian Fallacies, as well as topics within his specialty in departmental and interdepartmental postgraduate programs at A.U.Th. and the University of Macedonia. He is the author of 40 scientific articles published in reputable international neuroscience journals and has delivered 60 presentations and lectures at Greek and international conferences. His work has received approximately 900 positive citations.
