
Argyro Mparmparigou
Argyro Barbarigou was born and raised in Paros. In recent years, she has been living permanently in Athens. She has been professionally involved in cooking for twelve years. She is the owner of the restaurant "Papadakis," which, after operating successfully in Paros, relocated to Athens in 2005. Her culinary talent and experience are complemented by her studies, as she attended intensive French cuisine courses at the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London during the winter of 2004-2005. This was followed by pastry seminars alongside Stelios Parliaros and at the Valrhona Pastry School in France. She has collaborated with newspapers, magazines, and as a consultant, delivering cooking lessons for a multinational food company. She hosts cooking shows on television and writes articles on her specialty for newspapers and magazines. She has been awarded "Woman of the Year" by "Life & Style" magazine.
