Pascal Boniface

Pascal Boniface is the director of the Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS) in Paris and teaches at the Institut d'Études Politiques in Lille. He is a member of the High Council for International Cooperation and the Advisory Board on Disarmament Matters, an advisory body to the UN Secretary-General. His work includes thirty books on international politics. He regularly comments on international affairs in major media outlets. He has served as an advisor to the French Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs.
