Giorgos K. Vythoulkas

Georgios Vithoulkas is an Honorary Professor at the Moscow Academy of Medical Sciences, a Professor at the Kiev Medical Academy, and an Associate Professor at the Basque Medical School in Spain (2001-2004). In 1996, he was awarded the Right Livelihood Award (also known as the Alternative Nobel Prize, www.rightlivelihood.org) for his contributions to the field of homeopathy. In 2000, he received the Gold Medal of the Hungarian Republic from the country's President for his work in homeopathic science. In 1995, he founded the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy in Alonissos (www.vithoulkas.com), where he serves as director. Through his teaching at the Academy, he shares his forty years of experience in homeopathy and elaborates on his theory of the levels of health. Every year, during the summer months, doctors from various countries, including Germany, Italy, Sweden, Norway, England, France, Spain, Russia, America, Canada, Austria, Japan, India, Mexico, Brazil, and of course Greek doctors, are trained there. In the encyclopedia "Papyros - Larousse - Britannica," he is described in a three-column article as "a leading homeopath, one of the most renowned reformers of homeopathy in the twentieth century, who added new dynamics to homeopathic therapy on scientific grounds." His work is also mentioned in "Who is Who in the World" (18th edition, p. 2,293). He is the author of numerous scientific articles and books, which have been translated into 22 languages
