
Ioannis Mpeis
Mr. I. Beis graduated with honors from the "L. BOCCONI" University of Economics in Milan, where he also earned his Doctorate (Thesis on "Economics of Short-term Decisions in Industrial Enterprises", 1978). He specialized both theoretically and practically in quantitative decision-making methods (management costing systems for industrial production, construction, and commerce), financial planning and control methods for industrial and commercial enterprises, and strategic planning to address dynamic competition and financial growth planning.
In recent years, he has been engaged both scientifically and professionally with economic applications in the fields of production and sales planning and control, as well as in Management Information Systems (MIS). He is fluent in Italian, French, and English. Mr. Beis is a regular member of the Hellenic Management Association and an elected member of the Board of the Institute of Economic Management. He serves as a Scientific Advisor for the Hellenic Management Association, responsible for the Economic Management Package (topics on Planning, Budgeting, Controlling, and Reporting) and specialized seminars for senior executives on Cash Planning, Managerial Accounting, and Working Capital Management. He is also the Coordinator of the Diploma in Financial Sales Management, for which he developed the material.
Mr. Beis has published hundreds of studies and articles on related topics, primarily in "Manager" and "Nautemporiki", as well as in the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce Bulletin, Athens Chamber of Commerce Bulletin, Business Administration Bulletin, Economic Courier, EXPRESS, and many industry magazines. For several years, he served as an Administrative Consultant at ETBA S.A. and Managing Director at VIPETVA S.A. He has collaborated extensively with major Greek and multinational industrial enterprises and groups, conducting hundreds of high-level specialized training programs, both inter-company and intra-company.
Currently, he works as a Business Administration Consultant, focusing on Management, Organization of Administrative Costing Services, and Development Program Management, as well as on Financial Planning and Control of commercial activities and Economic Management, with an emphasis on setting and monitoring sales targets and profitability.
