Olga Tsolka

Olga Tsolka is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Panteion University. She is a member of eurowarrant.net (ATM Asser Institute) as an expert consultant and represents Greece. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Greek Criminal Lawyers and is a member of both the Hellenic and International Societies of Criminal Law. She has participated in legislative committees of the Ministry of Justice for incorporating European Union legal acts into domestic law and ensuring the country's compliance with decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. Olga Tsolka has delivered numerous lectures both domestically and internationally and is the author of studies (monographs, articles, commentaries, etc.) on topics related to European criminal law, economic criminal law, criminal procedure, and the related law of the European Convention on Human Rights.
