
Alexandros Papandreou
Born in Athens in 1973, he graduated from Ecole Ferandi-Paris with a diploma in culinary arts and hotel and restaurant management. He continued his studies for another two years at the Ecole de la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris, earning a diploma from the Ecole Superieure de Cuisine Francaise. His passion for cooking led him to Johnson & Wales University in the USA, where he taught French cuisine in the mornings and studied food styling in the afternoons. He has worked in prestigious hotels such as "The Connaught" Hotel Carlos Place Mayfair London and "Plaza Athenee" Hotel 25 Avenue Montaigne 75008 Paris. Upon returning to Greece, he worked diligently in restaurants as a head chef, appeared on television and in print media, and collaborated with major industry companies. Since 2004, he has founded the company Sidayes by Alexandros Papandreou, and in 2007, he launched Studio Sidayes, where he conducts cooking seminars. He has authored 14 books and is the father of two children.
