Prodromos Giannas is the head of the Department of Public Relations & Communication. Academic Qualifications: - Bachelor of Arts in Economics, College of Wooster, Ohio, USA (1981) - Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science, Miami University, USA (1982) - Doctorate (Ph.D.) in International Relations, American University, USA (1989). Research Interests: - International Relations, Political Communication, Public Relations He is considered one of the pioneers in establishing the science of Public Relations in higher education. Notably, at the end of the 1st Panhellenic Public Relations Education Forum, which was attended by numerous politicians and professionals from the fields of Communication and business, he received an honorary distinction for his significant contribution to the field of Public Relations education.
