Akis Gavriilidis

Akis Gavriilidis was born in 1964 in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed a doctoral dissertation in the philosophy of law at the same institution. He is a member of the editorial board of the magazine "Theses," where he has published numerous original texts and translations. His writings have also appeared in the magazines "Odos Panos," "Politis," "Axiologika," "Utopia," "Panoptikon," the Greek-Cypriot magazine "Peripeteies Ideon," on a CD ROM of the magazine "Istorin," and in the newspapers "Epohi," "Avgi," and "Babylonia." Additionally, his work has been featured in the English magazine "Liberty," the Brazilian magazine "Cadernos do Direito," the American online magazine "ZNet," and generally on the internet. Since 1995, he has been living in Brussels, where he works professionally as a translator and engages in amateur radio production.
