Klairi Synodinou

Claire Synodinou focused her interest on psychoanalytic practice while working in Paris at psychiatric hospitals with psychotic patients and at the Paul Brousse Oncology Hospital in Villejuif, treating psychosomatic patients. She is a psychoanalyst, a member of the International Psychoanalytical Association, the Paris Psychoanalytical Society, and a psychosomatic specialist at the Paris Psychosomatic Institute. She taught at the University of Paris VII and, since 1994, at the Department of Psychology at Panteion University as an associate professor of Psychopathology and Therapeutic Methods.
