Kurt Busiek

Kurt Busiek was born in Boston in 1960 and is today considered one of the leading writers in the American comic book industry. He began his career in 1982 with his involvement in the "Green Lantern" series by DC Comics and soon worked on some of the top superhero comic titles, such as "JLA," "Iron Man," and others. In 2003, Busiek took on the role of the main writer for the "Conan" series by Dark Horse, a position he held until the end of 2005. Recently, Kurt Busiek signed a collaboration contract with DC Comics and holds the position of the main writer for "Superman."
