Konstantina Athanasiou was born in Lamia in 1959. She studied at the National Technical University of Athens and pursued postgraduate studies in Paris, focusing on Computer Science and Automated Cartography. She also studied culinary arts in Paris at the Lenotre Ecole de Cuisine and attended cooking seminars at the Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil Paris. Since 1991, she has been systematically involved in print journalism in the field of gastronomy, thus combining her two great loves: writing and cooking. In 1994, she was a key member of the founding team of the magazine "Cuisine & Quality of Life" (published by G. Dragounis - Attiki Editions), where she served as director for 18 years. In 2007, she co-created the alternative free press gastronomy magazine iCookGreek with Christina Tsamoura, which continues to circulate proudly to this day. She has authored seven books in the "New Ways of Enjoyment" series ("All About Dough," "Pasta," "Chicken," "Potato," "Cookies and Cakes," "Chocolate," "Refreshing Flavors") published by Fytraki Editions. The book you are holding is the third in the series of books that emerged from iCookGreek.
