Athanasios E. Gotovos

Athanasios E. Gotovos was born in 1951. He graduated from the Vellas Ecclesiastical School and studied at the School of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Free University of Berlin. He taught Pedagogy at the Central Institute of Teaching Science and Curriculum Development at the Free University of Berlin (1980-1981). Since 1981, he has been working at the University of Ioannina, where he is currently a Professor in the Department of Pedagogy within the Faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology. His areas of expertise include School Theories, Language Didactics, Socialization Theories, and Intercultural Pedagogy. He has authored books and published articles on these topics in both Greek and international journals.
