Joelle Lopinot - Mastrantoni

Joëlle Lopineau, a Frenchwoman with Greek roots from her mother's side, chose to live and build her career in Greece, daring to write in a language that is not her native tongue. She studied French literature at the University of Grenoble, where she was born and raised. For twenty years, she dedicated herself to teaching the French language at her own institutes in Athens. Since 1996, she has devoted herself exclusively to writing novels and fairy tales. She is particularly sensitive and active on issues of racism, gender equality, and the abuse of children and women.
