Miltos D. Leivaditis

Miltos Leivaditis was born in Piraeus in 1946. He holds degrees in Medicine, Political Science, and Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He earned his doctorate in Medicine from the same university and has a postgraduate degree in Applied Criminology from Sorbonne University V. He specialized as a neurologist-psychiatrist and has practiced as a psychiatrist for decades in various public and academic positions. He served as a Professor of Social Psychiatry at the Department of Medicine of Democritus University of Thrace and has held the title of Emeritus Professor since 2013. His written work includes two monographs, editorial contributions, and participation in collective volumes, as well as approximately 70 scientific articles in Greek and international scientific journals.
