Nikos Sarantakos

Nikos Sarantakos was born in Palaio Faliro in 1959. He studied chemical engineering and English literature. He has published two short story collections and other books. He works as a translator at the European Parliament and divides his time between Luxembourg and Greece. He is interested in phraseology, etymology, and lexicography, as well as the history of Greek literature. He collaborates with the newspaper "Avgi" and various magazines. He publishes his writings, both linguistic and other, on www.sarantakos.com. In another incarnation, he writes in English and French about bridge (the game).
