Ervand Abrahamian

Ervand Abrahamian (Persian: یرواند ابراهامیان; Armenian: Երուանդ Աբրահամեան; born 1940) is an Iranian-American historian of the Middle East. He is a Distinguished Professor of History at Baruch College and the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. His work focuses on political repression by the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as Iranian politics.
