Liana Denezaki

Liana Denezaki is an author and illustrator. She studied graphic design and worked in the advertising industry for a period, while also contributing articles to magazines and newspapers. Her great love has always been books, to which she quickly turned her focus. In 2009, she was honored with the "Penelope Maximos" Preschool and Early School Age Commendation by the Circle of the Greek Children's Book for her book "A Brave Dog," and in 2010, she received the "Fani Apostolidou" Greek Children's Book Award for Middle School Age for her book "Marduk!". She is part of the editorial team of the "Magic World" on www.kosvoice.gr, which was awarded the "Best Electronic Reading Promotion Program" by the Circle of the Greek Children's Book in 2013. To date, she has written 17 children's books and illustrated more than 150 books. She is a member of the Circle of the Greek Children's Book and the Women's Literary Society and has participated in illustration exhibitions in Greece and abroad. She is involved in the European program "100 Mirrors - Tools for Enhancing Women's Entrepreneurship" within the framework of the "Lifelong Learning" program (Erasmus sectoral program).
