
Konstantinos Z. Delikostantis
Konstantinos Delikostantis was born and raised in Imbros. He studied Orthodox Theology at the Halki Theological School. In 1975, he obtained a Magister Artium degree in Philosophy from the University of Tübingen in Germany, where he also earned a Doctorate in Philosophy in 1980 and a Doctorate in Theology from the Catholic Theological Faculty of the same university in 1982. After 1982, he served as a theologian in secondary education and taught at the Higher Ecclesiastical School of Athens. In 1991, he was elected as an associate professor in the Department of Primary Education at the University of Florina, specializing in "Religious Studies and Philosophy of Religion," and became a full professor in 1995. Since 2001, he has held a professorship in the Department of Systematic Theology at the University of Athens. He has authored books on philosophical, ethical, educational, and other topics and has published articles and studies in numerous Greek and international journals, proceedings, and collective volumes.
