CHristos Douras

Born in 1968 in Drama, Greece. He is a graduate of the Drama Vocational Training Institute (IEK) with specializations in Culinary Arts and Bakery & Pastry Arts. He holds an advanced degree in Restaurant Arts and a diploma from the School of Meat Professions. He has worked in various independent food service businesses and private clinics, and since 2014, he has been a public servant in the specialty of Cook at a Legal Entity of Public Law, where he continues to work to this day. He is a certified adult educator by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP), an examiner for EOPPEP certification exams since 2015, and a lecturer for OAED's LAEK programs. Since 2010, he has been teaching Culinary and Pastry Arts at the Drama Vocational Training Institute (IEK). He has attended numerous food service seminars, and his dishes have been enjoyed by many prominent figures in the political and artistic fields, including K. Karamanlis, K. Stephanopoulos, K. Simitis, and S. Bellou, among others
