
Maria Mexia
Maria Mexia studied Archaeology and Art History at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and obtained a master's degree in the production of formal and informal education programs from the University of the Peloponnese. She is the Director of the Historical and Folklore Museum of Corinth, where periodic exhibitions, publications, international collaborations (e.g., Greece - Russia 2016), educational programs for students, seminars, and activities for adults are organized. She participates with presentations at international conferences of other museums, the Ministry of Culture and Sports, and the International Council of Museums. She conducts field research in the region of Corinthia to document intangible cultural heritage.
