Eythymios Dimitrakopoulos

Born in 1978 in Kavala. A graduate of the Anavyssos Educational Institute of the Ministry of Tourism (formerly the School of Tourism Professions) with a specialization in Culinary Arts in 1998. He also completed accelerated courses at O.T.E.K. in the field of Culinary Arts. Since 1999, he has been working in hotel and independent catering businesses across various parts of Greece. He has participated in numerous catering seminars. Since 2006, he has been teaching the art of haute cuisine at the Center for Free Studies in Culinary and Pastry Arts "La Maison de Gourmet" in Kavala. He has been a lecturer at the I.E.K. Kavala in the specialty "Culinary Arts Technician" since 2008. He is a presenter of LAEK programs of OAED, a seminar instructor, and a certified adult educator by E.O.P.P.E.P. Since 2013, he has been included in the Register of Evaluators, Supervisors, Inspectors, and Experts of E.O.P.P.E.P. (National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance). He has been a catering business consultant since 2005. Finally, he continues to attend gastronomy seminars to enrich his knowledge in his specialty to this day. He is one of the authors of the books: Culinary Arts Technician, answers to the certification exam questions of I.E.K. (3rd Edition, 2017), Simple & Complex Butters (1st Edition, 2017).
