Kostas CHalemos

Kostas Chalemos (1961) was born and raised in Kalogreza. From a young age, he was involved in sports journalism. He is a member of the Union of Editors of Daily Newspapers of Athens and the Panhellenic Association of Sports Journalists. In recent years, he has been researching and documenting topics from the local history of Nea Ionia. "No 32730 - The Odyssey of a Hostage" is his fourth book. He made his first attempt at writing in 2012 with "The Journey of Icarus." This was followed by "Varda Vouliamento" (in the lignite mines of Kalogreza, 2014) and "Like Birds They Shoot" (the Kalogreza blockade, 2015).
