CHaris Tokatlidis
Haris Tokatlidis was born in Katerini. He studied medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in ophthalmology at the University Clinic of Athens. He has served as an attending physician at Athens Children's Hospitals, was a professor at MTENS for three years, and has maintained a private practice since 1991. From a young age, he has also been involved in painting, with his works featured in private collections in Greece, the USA, and Italy. His poems have been published in the magazine "Kastalia." He has been a member of the Hellenic Society of Physician Writers since 1986 and has served on its board of directors for the past ten years. In addition to the fine arts, he has been involved in classical athletics for the past decade. He is a member of the Association of Greek Veteran Track and Field Athletes, with national and international distinctions. "Faceless Faces" is his first published poetry book.
