Elena Papaioannou

Elena Papaiouannou was born in Veria and currently lives in Thessaloniki with her husband and their two children. Her belief in the power of the human body's self-healing led her on a path of truth-seeking. She studied physiology, anatomy, and pathology, and trained in Ireland, obtaining a Specialized Breathing Consultant Degree in 2010. By applying the principles she learned to her own life, she achieved significant health improvements for herself and her children. This experience motivated her to further her studies. In 2011, she earned her second diploma as a Buteyko Method Specialist from CLINICA BUTEYKO MOSCOW. She shares her knowledge through lectures, seminars, and sessions. People who have followed her advice have seen significant improvements in their health and have gained a new approach to life and health through self-healing.
