Mairi Papadaki
Mary Papadaki was born in Ithaca, which is why she chose a long path filled with adventures and knowledge. She began her studies in dentistry at the Aristotle University of Athens. However, her journey continued to the far reaches of China, where, guided by a holistic approach to patient care, she completed her studies in traditional Chinese medicine, "marrying" the West with the East for one sole purpose: to serve the father of medicine, Hippocrates. During this thirty-seven-year professional journey, a new love was born—a love for fairy tales, rooted in her childhood. Feeling the need to tell beautiful stories to her grandson, she began writing her own fairy tales, conveying messages about the gift God gave her, the healing of teeth. With the publication of the fairy tale "The White-Toothed Angel and the Little Cavity," she hopes that all the children in the world will come to love the dentist and learn to take care of their teeth, because: "Clean teeth, forever strong."
