Sifis Mpouzakis

Sifis (Iosif) Bouzakis is a Professor at the University of Patras. He specializes in the History of Education and Comparative Pedagogy. In these fields, he has published articles in Greek and international journals and has participated with presentations at Greek and international conferences. He is the author of numerous academic books and the editor of two academic series published by Gutenberg, titled "Studies on the History of Education" and "Comparative Pedagogy." He has served as the President of the Department of Primary Education at the University of Patras, Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the same university, Director of the University of Patras' Pedagogical Institute, and President of the Teacher Training Institute. He is the Founder and President of the Greek Society of Education Historians and a Member of the Scientific Committee of the Cypriot Government for the reform of Cypriot education. Currently, he is the Supervisor of the Experimental Schools of the University of Patras.
