Anastasios E. Germenis

Anastasios E. Germenis was born and raised in Kefalonia. He studied Medicine at the University of Athens, where he also completed his doctoral dissertation. He worked at the Central Laboratories of the Blood Donation Service of the Swiss Red Cross and at the National Histocompatibility Center of the General State Hospital of Athens. Since 2001, he has been a Professor of Immunology at the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly.
