Maria S. Anthi

Maria S. Anthi was born in Bonn, Germany. She studied Greek and German at schools in Hagen and Gevelsberg, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. She is a journalist and a member of the Union of Editors of Daily Newspapers of Greece (E.S.H.E.A) and a former member of the Union of Periodical and Electronic Press (E.S.P.H.T). She graduated from the Professional Journalism Workshop and the NELE School. Additionally, she studied Business Administration and Organizations at the Open University. For several years, she presented the midday news bulletins on the BLUE SKY television station. She has collaborated with the former Channel 5 and later ALTER for the News Bulletin and the morning zone, as well as with the SEVEN television station. She was a journalist for the communication magazines "Modern Advertising" and "Marketing Report," published by the historical "G.S. Barberopoulos" editions, while also having the general editorial oversight of these magazines. She specializes in communication, publishing numerous studies and features on the promotion, marketing, and advertising of consumer products for major industries and multinational companies. She has worked with leading companies and educational institutions of Greek and foreign interests in the field of communication, sometimes as a lecturer and other times as a press officer. For several years, she has collaborated with financial newspapers and specialized magazines. She is the editorial director of the scientific publication "Chorostasi," which focuses on culture and tradition, while continuing to collaborate with BLUE SKY. Additionally, she is a journalist for the new Who is Who in Greece, having conducted countless interviews with personalities both within and outside Greece. To this day, she remains a key figure in commercial communication and media for major organizations and businesses. She teaches Applied Communication at colleges, foreign universities, and private vocational institutes.
