Since I found it, I only use this. It tames my unruly hair, the foam holds it in place, and anything I've tried, like sea water, does nothing for me. I apply a small amount, like a hazelnut, on my hands, flip my head upside down, and spread it on damp hair, using the same motions as when applying foam. Without frizz, my hair comes out naturally shaped, without sticking or getting weighed down. Be careful with the amount. I finish with a little shea butter for hydration and shape, and the curl is amazing all year round. I won't change it
